In 1885, Vancouver’s provincial government gave the Canadian Pacific Railway 6000 acres of land that was located in the heart of the city. Little Australia is located between University Blvd. and Chancellor Blvd, and between Blanca Street and the UBC Endowment Lands. It is a small but beautiful community next door to the University land and the UBC Golf Course.
